1. Nature of the Reference
St. George Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to Utah public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections concerning St. George, but it does not host government records or represent any office, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the reference only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Function
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., this reference is not a consumer reporting agency. Neither its content nor a linked tool’s result is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Links

5. No Warranties
The reference is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Accuracy, completeness, currency, portal operation, and search results are not guaranteed.
